Pop up stand options

Pop Up Stands are our main business line, along with banner stands, exhibition stands, and outdoor branding displays.

We have discussed at length the fact that  pop up stands are available in any width and in various heights. This type of display is also incerdibly6 flexible. Pop ups can be single of double sided, the graphics can be front lit or back lit. Translucent panels are also available which can be illuminated from inside with a clever lighting system designed for the job.

Why not ask about custom pop up structures, lightweight and portable they must just be what you were looking for.

Choosing the “Right” Popup stand

We discussed in the previous post the fact that there are many Pop Up Stands on the market, all of which can be very different different to each other. Choosing the “right” pop up does not have to be a case of hit and miss though. Having selected the right type of stand, be it straight, curved or L shaped then it is crucial to ensure that the graphics are just right. But what are the “right” graphics? Well, you can see graphics which have been produced with no over laminate layer. The ink is not protected and sometimes can be vulnerable to scratching off, leaving unsightly scuffs on your display graphics.

Pop Up Stands are as different to each other as chalk and cheese. So , what should you be looking for when you are deciding on a pop up stand to buy? To start with it is essential to remember that the traditional pop up stand is a fixed size and, although there are ways to extend a fixed frame pop up, it is always advisable so try and acquire the stand that is best suited to the various spaces in which you will be using the stand. There are of course straight, curved and even “L” shaped options. But which one do you go for? What are the pluses and minuses?

We are often asked about the differences between the various types of pop up stand available. Hopefully this brief overview will help.

Pop Up Stands
People call different types of display stand by different names. Most commonly a pop up stand refers to the expanding “spiders web” type frame which is then clad by graphics.

Banner Stands
Banner stand come in various guises. Roller, tension and cassette banner stands are all types of this product. Roller banner are probably the most common and convenient. They operate on a spring loaded mechanism built in to the base. Just unwind the graphic and hang it on the pole and you are in business.

There is a wide array of exhibition Stands available, all of which are different with their own features and benefits:

Roller Banner Stands
These are ideal for fast set up and removal. They operate like a window blind with the graphic rolled around a spring loaded mechanism.

Pop Up Stands
An established favourite and a great way to create a high impact display in minutes. Totally re-usable and highly portable.

Fabric Pop Up Stands
Similar in operation to the traditional pop up this system instead relies on a superb printed fabric to get yor message across.

Modular Exhibition Stands
There are many of these available from the 3D Centre. Check out the Iso Frame Wave and the excellent Centro system. The sky’s the limit!
