Tips for Successful Exhibiting

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

If you have bought an exhibition stand which includes a shell scheme package then you probably have fascias, one, two or three walls which divide you from the exhibitors next door and some sort of overhead structure, if not a roof. You may also get some lighting  and a plug socket if you are lucky.

You don’t just want to mount some display boards on the walls this time around but you do want to look professional without spending a whole heap of money. So how should you approach the challenge? Well, one way to look at this is to ask yourself what you want to achieve. If you want to project a good image of your business or organisation and encourage visitors to come on to your stand and ask some questions then the display solution may be clearer. A simple display based around pop up stands or banner stands may be all you need to achieve your exhibiting objectives.

Tips for Successful Exhibiting

So, you have decided to attend that exhibition or stage that event. You have chosen an available spot at the event but before you sign on the dotted line it would be wise to carefully consider where you go from here. For example, many exhibition organisers offer the option of “space only” or, usually for a little more money, you can opt for their “shell scheme” deal. For the less experienced exhibitor’s benefit, if you buy a “shell scheme” package you will get a basic exhibition stand built for you. Usually the stand is in a block with other similar looking stands and is quite basic but can include carpeting, an electrical socket, lights, walls and a fascia board. Although it is is basic an excellent result can have achieved at low cost with a shell scheme package. Just add your pop up stands or banner stands and you could have a high impact display at relatively little cost.

The Key To Successful Exhibitions

Sunday, July 19th, 2009

The 3D Centre is probably most widely known as a ”go to” destination for sourcing all types of exhibition stands including pop up stands and banner stands. A less well known fact is that our people have decades of experience in exhibitions and event collateral. Today, not only do we offer a comprehensive range of exhibition stands but we also act as advisers to our clients, at ll levels of experience, who come to us for input on their exhibition programmes.

One of the questions we are often asked how an exhibitor can maximise ROI from their exhibition activity. After all, an exhibition stand represents a significant cost from which you will want to make sure you are reaping maximum returns.  And, if you exhibition activity is already successful, could it be even more profitable for you? This is just one of the questions we will tackling over the next few issues.
