It will come as no surprise that the postal strike has disrupted our normal routines! In view of the possibility of further strikes in the period between now and Christmas we are asking our clients to help us to maintain an excellent service in the following ways:
Artworks: Can you please put all artworks on our FTP site. Do not send artworks through the post as there is no guarantee that we will actually receive them.
Purchases orders: Can you please send all purchase orders by email or fax only.
Payment: Please do not send cheques. Please make all payements by BACS or card until further notice. This is particularly important in the case of pro forma payments where goods should be dispatched on a deadline.

As you will no doubt be aware there is a national UK postal strike in effect on Thursday October 22nd and Friday October 23rd.
As we ship all our orders by commercial couriers such as TNT, UPS, DHL etc. the majority of our customers will continue to receive their goods punctually.
Pleas bear this in mind when sending artwork discs, orders etc. Artwork should always be uploaded to our FTP or sent to us via “yousendit.com” or similar bulk transfer services, many of which are free.
All orders should be confirmed by email to sales@3dcentre.com

We are often asked about the differences between two exhibition stands which we offer, both of which could be labelled as “fabric” pop ups, see  pop up stands
To clarify:
1) fabric Pop Ups - Hook and Loop
These pop ups come with a set of graphic panels like any other popup but, instead of being covered with a printed image, the panels are covered in a loop nylon type fabric. This fabric loves Velcro and you can apply your posters in the blink of eye. Ideal for art exhibitions, schools, colleges, office - anywhere where you need a surface to display printed items quickly and easily.

Product Update - October 20th 2009, The G3 Roll Up Retractable Banner Stand with roller mechanism.
The 3D Centre is pleased to announce the following product updates:
1) Artwork specifications
In future please submit artwork for this product to a canvas size of 2200mm high and either 800mm or 850mm wide depending on the model you have ordered. Please note that this height includes 200m BLEED area at the bottom only. This is the part of the printed graphic that wraps around the roller mechanism in the base but will not be visible.
2) Colour. This unit is available in a smart silver finish only. Free carry bag is still included.

Product Update - October 2009, The New Baracuda Pull Up Roller Banner Stand.
The 3D Centre is plaesed to announce the following product updates:
1) Artwork specifications
In future please submit artwork for this product to a canvas size of 2430mm high and either 800mm or 1000mm wide. Please note that this height includes 300m BLEED area at the bottom only. This is the part of the printed graphic that wraps around the roller mechanism in the base but will not be visible.
2) Colour. This unit is only available in anodised silver with charcoal grey end caps.
