Banner Stands And Pop Up Exhibition Stands

Friday, February 3rd, 2012

In my day to day life I am an exhibition stand consultant. That means that I spend most of working life helping exhibitors to plan and budget their exhibition displays. Every day brings a new challenge and I am pleased to say that today has been no exception. A client gave us a brief along these lines. They wanted to receive options based around firstly a pop up stand, then linking banner stands and then a metal frame system. The display had to be easy for one person to install and had to go in the back of an average saloon car.

Exhibition Stands - The Pop Up Option

Thursday, February 2nd, 2012

If you were to consider a pop up stand solution as your next exhibition stand what would be the key drivers in you taking that decision. Well, a pop up stand makes an excellent exhibition display for many reasons. Here are just a few of the main ones:

Portability
A pop up stand is highly portable. It is carefully engineered from the most light weight possible materials, including ABS and aluminium, in order to minimise dead weight and maximise portability.

Easy and Rapid Assembly
A pop up takes around fifteen minutes to unpack and fully assemble, including lights and accessories. A great example of this can be found on our site, The Showstopper Pop Up.

Exhibition Stands for Maximum Impact

Sunday, August 29th, 2010

A visit to London’s Excel, Olympia, Earl’s Court, Business Design Centre, Royal Horticultural Halls or any of the capitals exhibition centres can only serve to reinforce the notion that the nation’s exhibition and event industry is in extremely rude health. A visit to Glasgow, Manchester or, of course, the NEC will underline this fact. Despite all the talk of recession the exhibition industry continues to develop, flourish and grow. The importance of effective on on one marketing has become even greater with a virtual internet all but cutting off customer communication face to face with the seller. Precious opportunities to meet buyers, clients , customers - call them what you will, are more and more rare.

Setting Exhibition Goals

Monday, August 9th, 2010

We have talked about the business case for your exhibition display. But how do you go about identifying objectives for your exhibition stand programme? Well, the first thing to do is to identify your objectives. It may not be easy to isolate your exhibition stand from the rest of the circumstances surrounding the event you are attending but you’ve got to start somewhere!  Here are some ideas. Number of leads form new customers, number of contacts made with existing customers, number of orders taken, number of meetings arranged for the future, number of stand visitors, value of business contracted during the event and so on and so forth.
