Every week we are sure to be asked the same question over and over. It relates to the sizing and descriptors of the pop up stand. Quite understandably those new to the pop up structure are all too easily tripped up by the descriptions 3×1, 3×2, 3×3, 3×4 and so on, the problem is that, quite naturally, people will assume that the 3×1, 3×2, 3×3 etc refers to the assembled size of the pop up. But that is simply not the case. Rather these refer to the size of the frame rather than any dimensions. Just like the contents of the English dictionary is evolving so is the jargon and language we use in the exhibition industry. It can sometimes get all a bit confusing so here are some pointers to get you through! We often have clients ask us about pop up banners. In our experience this term is now used to describe a whole range of products. For example a pop up banner is a term most often used to describe an outdoor double sided promotional banner, typically used at golf days and the like. But we often speak to people who use the term to describe what we would generally call a banner stand. There is no right or wrong!
